1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of Forgeron (forgeron.ai), operated by Inumbra Labs FZ-LLC ("Forgeron", "we"). By creating an account or messaging Forgeron on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

2. What Forgeron does

Forgeron is an AI assistant that answers questions and performs approved actions in the third-party business tools you connect (e.g., Stripe, GitHub, Sentry). Forgeron is strictly scoped to your connected tools: it will refuse general questions, creative writing, casual chitchat, and any topic outside those tools.

3. Not professional advice

Forgeron does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. You must not rely on Forgeron for those decisions, and Forgeron will decline to answer such queries even if a relevant tool is connected.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions Forgeron takes on your behalf in the tools you connect. Connecting a tool authorizes Forgeron to perform read or write actions in that tool as scoped during OAuth.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use Forgeron to violate any law or third-party right.
• Don't connect tools you are not authorized to use.
• Don't attempt to bypass scope, rate limits, or compliance refusals.
• Don't use Forgeron as a general-purpose chatbot, content generator, or tutor.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans are non-refundable mid-term except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Lookup overages are billed per the published rate.

7. AI output

Forgeron grounds substantive answers in tool calls, but AI output may still contain errors. Verify critical decisions in the source tool. We make no warranty that output will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail payment. On termination we remove your data per the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgeron is provided "as is", and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product message at least 14 days before they take effect.
